Customer account privacy.

Customer accounts use Google’s Firebase Authentication service. This notice describes the sign-in features on this website.

Information used for your account

When you create an email account, you provide your name, email address and password. Firebase processes the password; SHAZES does not store it in the website files. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information, including your name, email address and account identifier. SHAZES does not request access to your Gmail inbox.

Verification and account recovery

Firebase sends verification emails and password-reset emails when you request these features. Your sign-in is kept for this browser session when your browser allows it. Sign out when using a shared device.

Estimates and enquiries

Your selected products and quantities are saved on this device. Signing in does not upload those selections or create an order history. Contact and delivery details entered in the estimate form are not saved to your customer account. You review an enquiry before sending it through your chosen email or WhatsApp app.

To ask about your account information or request account deletion, contact info@shazes.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before making changes.
